File an Online Report

Requirements for online reporting:

  • The incident occurred in Kingston.
  • The report must be filed by the owner of the involved property or by an authorized representative.
  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You will receive an email copy of the police report including the case number

NOTE: You can add more information to a previously filed report by clicking the button below and then selecting the original type, and then Supplemental Report. 

Do not file online if:

  • It is an emergency and you need immediate police assistance.
  • It is happening right now.
  • You know the name or address of the suspect(s) involved.
  • You know the licence plate of the vehicle associated to the suspect.
  • It is a Break and Enter.
  • It occurred outside of Kingston city limits or on Highway 401 (please contact the police department for that municipality or the OPP)

Filing a false police report is a crime. We review all cases filed through the Citizen Online Police Reporting System and we will contact you with any questions about your report.
