‘Tagger’ caught red handed

On October 23, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m. a member of the Kingston Police Patrol Division was conducting routine patrols in the area of Division Street and John Counter Boulevard when they observed an individual spray painting an overpass.

The officer interjected and placed the individual under arrest while seizing 4 cans of spray paint along with a permanent marker.

The 36-year-old individual of Kingston was arrested and charged with mischief under $5000. They were transported to Kingston Police headquarters and later released with a future court date.
