Kingston Police seek assistance identifying three individuals.

The Kingston Police are seeking the publics assistance identifying three individuals involved in an incident on Armstrong Road near Bath Road.

On June 24, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m. three individuals riding bicycles began repeatedly circling a pedestrian. The individuals were engaging with the pedestrian in an intimidating and harassing manner, preventing the pedestrian from leaving the area.

The individuals are described as white males, with blonde hair dressed in t-shirts and shorts. All three individuals were wearing backpacks and one was wearing glasses.
