Kingston Police seek assistance identifying suspect.

The Kingston Police are seeking public assistance identifying a suspect involved in an indecent act.

On May 29, 2026 at approximately 4:15 p.m. the suspect was observed openly exposing himself to other patrons in the men’s washroom located at the King’s Crossing Outlets on Dalton Avenue.

Upon being confronted by one of the patrons the suspect fled the area on foot.

The suspect is described as a white male, 50-60 years old, wearing a blue shirt, grey pants, glasses, blue Sketchers running shoes, and a plaid Under Armour baseball hat. The suspect has some grey hair but is believed to be balding.
