Vulnerable Person Registry

You can register a vulnerable person living within the jurisdiction of Kingston Police. The vulnerable person registry is used to assist officers in communicating with, attending a residence of, or dealing with an emergency involving a vulnerable person living within the Kingston community.

Before you start

Please have a photo (alone) of the person you are registering. You can attach a .jpg image while you register.

You will need to provide emergency contact information, detailed physical descriptions, known routines and any special needs of this individual.

As a family member or legal guardian, you must provide your information before you register someone for the first time. You may also update information or cancel the registration using this registry.
