Police seek public assistance investigating suspicious interaction

The Kingston Police are investigating an incident that occurred on September 24, 2025, near the roadway entrance to the parking lot of 310 Kingsdale Avenue.

At approximately 9:30 p.m. a Caucasian male described as 40 – 50 years of age with a heavy build, blue eyes and a shaved head, operating a black pickup truck believed to be a 4 door Ford F-150, approached an adult female pedestrian.  

From the driver's seat, the suspect indicated for the pedestrian to come closer to the truck, at which point the suspect grabbed a hold of the pedestrian's arm through the truck window pulling her toward him.

The pedestrian was able to pull away, and the truck was last seen driving toward Centennial Drive. The pedestrian did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of this incident. The suspect was unknown to the pedestrian. Police have not received any reports of similar incidents.
