Police seek public assistance identifying suspect in arson investigation

The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a downtown arson.

The arson occurred in the area of Montreal Street and Queen Street on September 30, 2025, at approximately 5:15 a.m. 

The suspect is described as a tall Caucasian male with black hair and a short black beard. The suspect was pulling a black canvas wagon at the time of the incident.
