Police seek public assistance identifying person of interest

The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in a theft investigation.

On February 24, 2026, at approximately 8:20 p.m. a theft occurred at a business kiosk located within the Cataraqui Centre.

The person of interest is described as an adult male with dark facial hair. At the time of the incident the person of interest was wearing a black toque, black jacket, blue jeans and white shoes.
