Police seek assistance locating missing person

The Kingston Police are requesting assistance in locating a missing person.

39 year old Matthew of Kingston was reported missing on February 2, 2026. Matthew was last seen in the 100-200 block of Ontario Street on January 28, 2026.        

Matthew is described as Caucasian, 39 years old, 6 ft tall, approximately 179lbs with a full beard and glasses.  Matthew was last seen wearing a black winter jacket, jeans and shoes.

Matthew is known to be an avid reader and may frequent branches of the local library specifically the Central Branch as well as the temporary branch located within the Cataraqui Center.
