KPCV Recruiting Drive

The Kingston Police Community Volunteers are hosting a recruiting drive on Tuesday September 30, 2025, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the Kingston Police headquarters. 

Members of the public who are interested in joining are encouraged to attend this event to ask questions and fill out an application form.

Applicants must bring TWO forms of photo ID one of which must be their drivers license. 

Applications are also available at the front desk during normal work hours. 

Requirements to apply for the Kingston Police Community Volunteers are as follows:

•    Must have reached the age of 18 years old.
•    Must have a valid Class G drivers license. 
•    Must have a clean driving and criminal record history.
•    Must be a Canadian Citizen or have a Permanent Residency Status.
•    Must be willing to do a minimum of 8 hours of volunteering per month.
•    Must be willing to commit to 2+ years of volunteering.

Applications must be submitted by September 30th of each year to be considered for the next intake of volunteers.
