Kingston Police seek assistance locating missing individual.

The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual who may have boarded a bus bound for the Greater Toronto Area.

 

Jason Gainsbury, a 41 year-old Kingston individual was last seen at Tim Horton’s located at John Counter Boulevard and Leroy Grant Drive on Friday May 10, 2024 at approximately 6:30 p.m.

 

Gainsbury was scheduled to board a bus departing from Kingston at 8:40 p.m. bound for Toronto. Arrangements had been made for Gainsbury to meet a family member in Toronto, however upon the bus arriving in Toronto it was discovered Gainsbury was not on board. Police believe Gainsbury may have boarded another bus bound for Toronto which departed at a different time.

 

Gainsbury is described as Caucasian, 5’11, 200lbs, with short dark brown hair which is partially balding on top, brown eyes and short scruffy facial hair. Gainsbury was last seen wearing a green knee length hospital gown, black pants, black shoes with a white stripe and wearing a bandage on their hand.

 

The Kingston Police as well as Gainsbury’s family members are concerned for their well-being.
