Release Date: February 6, 2024

On February 4, 2024, at approximately 1:45 p.m. the accused was operating a tractor trailer on Highway 401 westbound through Kingston. The accused attempted to exit at the Highway 38 exit and while driving on the westbound offramp left the roadway on the west side of the off ramp and struck a metal tower.
