Kingston Police seek public assistance identifying person of interest

The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest involved in a suspicious incident.

On May 28, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m. an individual was involved in a suspicious incident in the area of Cedarwood Drive and Bayridge Drive.

Police are currently investigating the incident in an attempt to determine the intention of the individual’s actions. 

The person of interest is described as Caucasian, with a thick brown beard, dressed entirely in black including a black toque and carrying a black backpack.
