At approximately 11:50 p.m. on March 22^nd missing person Matthew JEFFREY was safely located by Kingston Police officers inside a residence on Montreal St. Thank you to all who assisted.

Kingston Police actively searching for missing male

Occurrence #24-9273

Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing local male due to a concern for his safety.

At approximately 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22^nd Matthew JEFFREY, 39 years of age, was last seen walking north on Montreal St from Railway St. Information provided to Kingston Police led to a concern for his well-being, leading to the dispatch of uniform patrol members and the activation of other supporting units.

Matthew JEFFREY is described as Caucasian with a medium build, 6’1” in height, long shoulder-length hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark pants, green toque, and blue running shoes with white soles.
