Police requesting assistance from public in identifying downtown theft suspects

Over the past few months there have been numerous thefts perpetrated at various businesses in downtown Kingston. Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying four suspects who have been involved in multiple such thefts.

24-90111:

 

On January 9, 2024, at approximately 1:00 p.m. the suspect attended a business located on Barrack Street in downtown Kingston.

 

The suspect concealed merchandise in a bag that they were carrying and then exited the business without making any attempt to pay for the selected item.

 

The suspect is described as a Caucasian female with a slim build and red hair who is between 30 and 50 years of age. The suspect was wearing a beige coat with a tan-coloured shoulder patching, black pants, black shoes, and a blue flecked hoodie.

24-90429:

 

On January 31, 2024, at approximately 4:05 p.m. the suspect attended a business located on lower Princess Street in downtown Kingston.

 

The suspect concealed merchandise in a bag that they were carrying and then exited the business without making any attempt to pay for the selected item. The selected merchandise set off security sensors however, when store security attempted to speak to the suspect, they refused to return the item and instead left the scene on foot.

 

The suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 5’1” tall, with a slim build, and black hair. The suspect was wearing thick red lipstick and thick black eyeliner. They were wearing white running shoes, black pants, a dark blue hooded jacket and were carrying a tie-dyed backpack, and a large black purse. Of note, the suspect’s hands were considerably more pink/red than the exposed portion of their face. 

24-90652:

 

On February 15, 2024, at approximately 11:45 p.m. the suspect attended a business located in the area of Princess Street and Bath Road in the City of Kingston.

 

The suspect concealed merchandise in their jacket and then exited the business without making any attempt to pay for the selected item.  

 

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6’1” tall, 170 lbs, 40-50 years of age, with a stocky build, and short brown hair. The suspect was wearing eyeglasses, black boots, black jeans and a black Helley Hansen winter jacket with a fur trimmed hood. The suspect was also carrying a black backpack with lime green accent lines on the zippers. 

24-90791:

 

On February 25, 2024, at approximately 4:10 p.m. the suspect attended a business located on Barrack Street in downtown Kingston.

 

The suspect concealed merchandise in their jacket and then exited the business without making any attempt to pay for the selected item. The suspect was then observed leaving the area on foot.

 

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5’8” tall, 30-40 years of age, with a thin build, and short brown hair. The suspect was wearing a green winter jacket over a navy-blue hoodie, black running shoes and a green satchel style bag slung over his shoulder. Of note, the suspect appeared to have a facial scar on his right cheek.
