Police seek assistance identifying fraud suspect

The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a fraud occurrence.
On October 1, 2025, at approximately 10:50 a.m. the victim was using an ATM at a financial institution located in the Kingston Center. The victim unknowingly left their debit card behind in the machine after completing their transaction.
The suspect, who used the ATM after the victim was able to access the victim’s bank account and withdraw $1000.
The suspect is described as middle aged, wearing a Philadelphia Phillies ball cap, black oversized sunglasses and a grey top.
