If you’ve been involved in a collision where someone has been injured, where the damage exceeds $2000.00, or if there has been damage to highway property, you must report it as per the Highway Traffic Act.

You may report a motor vehicle collision through the Collision Reporting Centre (CRC) in the main lobby of Kingston Police Headquarters at 705 Division Street

 Hours of operation
  • Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Closed: Weekends and Statutory Holidays

Exceptions

Please call 9-1-1 if a collision involves the following
