It is necessary, when possible, for this application to be submitted at least one month prior to the date of the proposed event.
It is understood that parades, processions, etc., are subject to being halted or interrupted to permit the passage of vehicles through or alongside when and if necessary and also are subject to any other direction the police may deem necessary for the proper and orderly control of traffic.
