Online Vulnerable Person
The voluntary online vulnerable person registry is for individuals living within the jurisdiction of Kingston Police. The registry is used to assist officers in communicating with, attending a residence of, or dealing with an emergency involving a vulnerable person in our community.
The registry will provide emergency contact information, detailed physical descriptions, known routines and any special needs of this individual.
As a “Parent/Daughter/Son/Guardian/Administrator/Substitute Decision Maker” you will be required to complete your information first. You may then register an individual for the first time, update existing information previously registered online, or cancel a registration using this registry. Please have a photo (alone) of the person you are registering as you will be given the opportunity to include a .jpg attachment to the registration.
