Calls for Service from July 10, 2018

Kingston Police had 129 calls for service during the 24 hour period starting from 5:00 a.m. on July 10, 2018. Of these, 93 calls occurred in the city central area, 23 in the west end, 5 in the east end, and 4 north of Highway 401. Some of these included:

  • 1 sexual assault
  • 3 harassment calls
  • 1 fight/disturbance call
  • 7 undesirable calls
  • 1 drunk call
  • 2 custody dispute calls
  • 1 alarm call
  • 1 noise complaint
  • 1 missing person call
  • 3 Mental Health Act calls
  • 6 medical assist calls
  • 10 assist citizen calls
  • 1 break and enter call
  • 9 theft calls
  • 2 shoplifting calls
  • 4 mischief calls
  • 3 fraud calls
  • 7 motor vehicle collisions
  • 2 parking/vehicle complaints
  • 6 driving complaints
  • 11 suspicious activity calls
  • 1 trespass/prowler call
  • 2 drug calls

 

There were 5 individuals arrested within the last 24 hours including 4 men and 1 woman, between 24 and 38 years of age, for the following: unlawfully in a dwelling, fail to appear in court, two for public intoxication, breach of peace, and two counts of breach probation. One person was arrested on warrant.
