Police Seeking Assistance Identifying Assault Suspect

Saturday, January 28, 2017 at approximately 1:30 a.m. two victims were assaulted by an intoxicated male in the Burger King located at 400 Princess Street. The victims were in line when the male suspect started making derogatory comments towards them. The male suspect then un-expectantly punched the first victim, knocking him to the ground. When the second victim intervened the suspect punched him as well. The second male received injuries requiring medical attention.

 

The suspect is described as a white male, mid 20’s, 6’ tall, 180lbs, blonde spikey hair, clean shaven, bigger build type. At the time of the attack the suspect was wearing dress pants and shirt and possibly a black puffy jacket.
