Police Looking to Identify Pair Involved in $16,000 Jewelry Theft

Release Date: February 14, 2018

On February 7, 2018, at approximately 8:45 p.m., a male accompanied by a female with dark hair wearing a black hooded jacket, entered a jewelry store in the Cataraqui Centre. The pair asked to look at rings and after viewing the merchandise they left the store together.

A short time later the same male returned to the store with a blond haired female who was wearing a teal coloured hoodie. The male asked to look at the same rings. After viewing the rings for a brief moment, both the male and female ran from the store with the rings, which are valued at $16,000.00. The dark haired female was waiting at the north exit by the Bank of Montreal and opened the doors for them as they fled the mall. All three were last seen getting into a white Ford pickup truck.
