Police Looking to Identify Driver involved in Vehicle vs Pedestrian

On Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at approximately 4:00 p.m. a vehicle came in contact with a pedestrian at Drayton Avenue and Concession Street.

 

The pedestrian was standing on the south east corner of Drayton Avenue and Concession Street waiting to cross. A red Ford Explorer/Escape, pulled up to the stop sign on Drayton Avenue to make a right turn onto Concession Street.

 

The pedestrian proceeded to step off the sidewalk, at which point the vehicle pulled forward and made contact with the pedestrian.

 

The female driver, believed to be in her late 50's to early sixties, stopped and spoke with the injured pedestrian. However, no personal information was exchanged.

 

Police are looking to identity and speak with the driver.
