Man Facing Charges after Climbing Through Window to Argue with Ex

A 21-year-old Arden man has been charged after ignoring court ordered conditions and climbing in through a window to argue with his ex.
On November 8, 2017 at approximately 9:15 a.m. the accused attended outside an east end residence where is ex is currently residing with her sister. The accused is on court ordered conditions that include no contact with his ex or her family. The accused ignored his conditions, climbed in through an unlocked window and began arguing with his ex. The sister called police and the accused fled through the window.
On November 10, 2017 at approximately 4:45 a.m. the accused turned himself in at police headquarters. The accused was held to attend a bail hearing.
The accused was charged with unlawfully in a dwelling and two breaches of recognizance.
