Calls for Service from October 11, 2017

Kingston Police had 122 calls for service during the 24 hour period starting from 5:00 a.m. on October 11, 2017. Of these, 80 calls occurred in the city central area, 24 in the west end, 6 in the east end, and 2 north of Highway 401. Some of these included:

  • 1 sexual assault
  • 1 harassment call
  • 2 fight/disturbance calls
  • 8 undesirable calls
  • 5 alarm calls
  • 1 noise complaint
  • 1 missing person call
  • 3 Mental Health Act calls
  • 2 medical assist calls
  • 16 assist citizen calls
  • 1 break and enter call
  • 14 theft calls
  • 6 mischief calls
  • 1 fraud call
  • 9 motor vehicle collisions
  • 1 parking/vehicle complaint
  • 3 driving complaints
  • 2 traffic concerns
  • 6 suspicious activity calls

 

There were 4 individuals arrested within the last 24 hours including 3 men and 1 woman, between 16 and 56 years of age, for the following: theft, public intoxication, breach recognizance and breach probation.
