Calls for Service from October 11, 2017

Kingston Police had 130 calls for service during the 24 hour period starting from 5:00 a.m. on October 10, 2017. Of these, 83 calls occurred in the city central area, 24 in the west end, 2 in the east end, and 6 north of Highway 401. Some of these included:

  • 2 harassment calls
  • 5 fight/disturbance calls
  • 6 undesirable calls
  • 1 drunk call
  • 1 custody dispute call
  • 4 alarm calls
  • 6 noise complaints
  • 2 missing person calls
  • 2 Mental Health Act calls
  • 4 medical assist calls
  • 13 assist citizen calls
  • 2 break and enter calls
  • 7 theft calls
  • 1 shoplifting call
  • 5 mischief calls
  • 9 motor vehicle collisions
  • 10 driving complaints
  • 2 traffic concerns
  • 8 suspicious activity calls

 

 

 

There were 8 individuals arrested within the last 24 hours including 6 men and 2 women, between 19 and 56 years of age, for the following: mischief, fail to attend for fingerprinting, public intoxication, and breach recognizance. One person was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
