Wilson was located by a patrol officer. Kingston Police wish to thank everyone who shared the original release and offered to assist. 

 

ORIGINAL RELEASE

Kingston Police are seeking the assistance in locating a missing person. Douglas A. Wilson was last seen at his residence in the City central area at approximately 4:30 a.m. on March 13, 2017. He was discovered missing at approximately 10:00 a.m. Wilson has no known access to a vehicle and should be restricted to walking or public transportation.

 

Wilson is 28 years of age, 5’10”, 190lbs, with brown buzz-cut hair, beard shaven off but most likely not clean shaven, wears blue prescription glasses. Wilson may be wearing a grey and black ¾ length Columbia winter jacket with a hood, a beige ball cap with a black Labrador image on it and black Jeans.
