Children Being Approached by Stranger Offering Candy

Kingston Police wish to notify the public of information regarding two recent incidents involving a man approaching young children and offering them candy. In both incidents the man offered candy if the children went with him to his white van, however no van was actually seen. Reports are conflicting to some degree, however in one incident that occurred in a park off Curtis Crescent, the male was described as white, in his 20’s, 5’8”, average build, dark brown past the shoulder hair, and wearing dark clothing.
