Calls for Service

Kingston Police had 121 calls for service during the 24 hour period starting from 5:00 a.m. on September 25, 2018. Of these, 89 calls occurred in the city central area, 21 in the west end, 2 in the east end, and 3 north of Highway 401. Some of these included:

  • 5 shoplifting calls
  • 5 mischief calls
  • 1 fraud call
  • 10 motor vehicle collisions
  • 5 driving complaints
  • 1 traffic concern
  • 5 suspicious activity calls

 

 

There were 8 individuals arrested within the last 24 hours including 7 men and 1 woman, between 27 and 57 years of age, for the following: break and enter, assault, impaired driving, drive over 80 mg, breach of probation, breach of release conditions, and 3 warrants.
