Event Description



Anyone interested in applying for a new constable position with Kingston Police is invited to attend stage one of the recruitment process at Kingston Police Headquarters. The next event takes place from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. on Saturday, October 27th. 


This will be a 2 hour written session.


To be eligible to attend please follow these steps: 


  1. Create an online profile and apply to the Police Constable – New Recruit 2018 posting by clicking here
  2. Applicants must have a current and valid ATS/OACP certificate to attend.

  3. At a minimum, applicants must have uploaded to their application file a completed Constable Selection application form Constable Selection Application Form, valid and current ATS documentation, cover letter and resume. A complete package is preferable.

  4. Email the Director of Human Resources, Sonja Verbeek at once you have applied. Please put “New Recruit Registration”in the subject line of your email. Upon receipt of your email, your application will be reviewed to ensure all required documentation is uploaded and your registration for the event will be confirmed via email if you are selected to attend.
