Occurrence #21-40475

With help from members of the public, the Kingston Police Major Crime Unit has recently obtained additional video footage of a male being named as a suspect in the October 2021 murders of Nico Soubliere and Carl Alen Delphin.

The male can be seen attempting to conceal his identity by overdressing and is believed to go by the street name ‘Sophia.’

It is believed that the parties were familiar with each other prior to that day and that the parking lot on Sydenham Road, where the murders occurred, was intended to be the site of a drug transaction.

Please review the still images found below and the included video, which can also be seen on the Kingston Police YouTube channel. The Major Crime Unit is asking for anyone who may know the identity of this male to contact investigators.
