On January 3, 2020 at approximately 5:45 p.m. the female suspect entered a downtown convenient store with a male associate. The female victim was also inside the store and watched as the suspect began to mock and laugh at another female inside the store who appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. The suspect then began to videotape this female at which time the victim asked her to stop the recording so as to preserve the dignity of the female who was in a compromised state.

The suspect then launched into a verbal tirade toward the victim calling her names and yelling obscenities at her. The victim left the store and attempted to get into her vehicle at which time the suspect ran out and confronted her. As the victim tried to close the door to her vehicle the suspect slammed it against her leg. The suspect then began to kick at the driver’s side door and side panel. The victim attempted to reverse out of her parking space however the suspect blocked her movements. As the suspect slammed her fists on the front hood of the vehicle the victim was finally able to flee the scene.

Police responded and spoke to the victim who had sustained minor injuries during the confrontation. Police also observed and documented various damages to the victim’s vehicle. Security video at the store provided images of the suspect and her male associate.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian female, 25-30 years of age, wearing a black hoodie, and grey sweatpants and boots. Her associate was a Caucasian male, approximately 25-30 years of age, with a full brown beard. He was wearing a brown jacket, black shirt with horizontal stripe, and blue jeans.
