Stephen Kent, 63-years-old, reported as missing via a Kingston Police release on April 12 was safely located the following day. At approximately 4:30 p.m. on April 13 a new recruit, who had prior experience with Kingston Police as a Special Constable, attended an address on Conacher Dr for an unrelated incident. While inside a residence he immediately recognized Kent, verified his well-being, and removed him from CPIC as missing. He was advised to follow-up with his care worker to ensure his long-term health and well-being.

Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 63-year-old Stephen Kent, who was last seen by a care worker on April 4, 2020.

Friends are concerned as he requires daily medication that he has not been receiving in over a week. He is believed to also have ties to the Belleville and Trenton areas. He is described as Caucasian, 5’10” in height, 190 pounds in weight, short brown hair, and has a moustache.
