The Community Risk Watch / Situation Table is a risk-intervention model that brings front-line, acute-care, human-service agencies together to provide wrap-around support for individuals who meet a defined threshold of “acutely elevated risk”.  This means that a person is at imminent risk of harming themselves or someone else. 


At the table, there are approximately ten local agencies working in a privacy protected manner to connect the individual to appropriate services quickly.  The Kingston-Frontenac Community Risk Watch table meets weekly, every Wednesday at the Kingston Police Force Detachment. 


This table involves identifying vulnerable people, tracking local risk factors in a non-identifying manner and identifying systemic gaps.
