On August 12, 2019 at approximately 10:55 a.m. police learned that the female accused had breached her court imposed bail conditions. Police attended a downtown transitional residence and were advised by facility management that the accused had not been abiding by house rules, that she was obligated to follow, and that she had been using alcohol and drugs during the past two weeks that she had resided there.

On August 11, 2019 the accused had also started a small fire in the backyard of the residence. Facility management indicated that as a result of these actions the accused would no longer be welcome to reside at the residence.

Police responded to the residence at 11:20 a.m. and located and arrested the accused without incident.

The accused was transported to police headquarters where she was held to attend a bail hearing the following day.

A 30-year-old local woman was charged with two counts breach recognizance.
