Image showing persons providing accessibility

The purpose of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) is to improve opportunities for people with disabilities and to provide for their involvement in the identification, removal, and prevention of barriers to their full participation in the life of the province.

Persons with disabilities are a part of the diverse and growing community we serve. They face challenges in gaining access to information and communications that the general public usually enjoys. Members of the Kingston Police Service understand the importance of inclusion and will continue to develop strategies and programs that facilitate access to policing services.

Please let us know if you have any accessibility concerns with our services.
