Male arrested for threats and weapon offences

On February 14, 2019 at approximately 11:00 a.m. the male accused entered a downtown business in an agitated state. The accused was holding a knife and began to yell at the male victim as well as another female patron. The victim was threatened with death after trying to intervene and calm the accused. On February 13, 2019 at approximately 1:25 a.m. a domestic dispute in progress was reported to police by a witness at a mid-town residence.
